We are a newly forming Spirit-filled Sacramental ministry in Littleton Colorado. We Exalt Christ and serve those of good will. We blend our ministry time with liturgies, teaching and prayer. We are hungry for God and desire to see the move of his Spirit. Our style is somewhat "Emerging." Our teaching is historic and "Evangelical."

-THE MISSION is a church beginning in the South West Metro area that believes in God's reviving power. We know that God wants to pour out his Spirit in this land. Right now we are building a team to lauch THE MISSION.

Why a Priest?
John Wesley was one of the most effective evangelists that ever walked in Great Britain and the American continent. He was an Anglican Priest, and remained so until he died. I say this to remind Evangelicals that his Priesthood did not interfere with the work he was called to. Prior to Wesley there were many Priestly orders that evangelized Europe and were precursors to the reformation.
The Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches is a Bible believing continuing Anglican group. Father Michael+ is ordained under +Abp. Russ McClennahan as a Priest. Father Michael was called to the ministry by the Lord when he was 5 years old in an Assembly of God Church. A well known evangelist in those circles (Jerry B. Walker) prophesied future ministry over him in Long Beach California.
Father Michael responded to that call in 1987. After 12 years of ministry in Full Gospel Churches the Lord put a desire in his heart to become a Priest. A little over a year and a half later the door opened with the CEEC.
The Lord has shown Father Michael to begin THE MISSION using a Biblical method. Jesus said for his followers to heal the sick, cast out devils, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead. In this Jesus said we would be proclaiming the Kingdom. These commands were not just metaphorical in meaning. They are words he meant for the "early" church and us.
Join THE MISSION in faith. As one evangelist song lyrics said "Jesus now more than ever, we are sailing in stormy weather..."
